I wanted to read something new, some mystery or fantasy book. So I found this book by new authors and gave it a try. And I liked it! It’s an easy read, about 50 pages in total – it took me one cosy winter evening to go through the book. Good style, nice humour, and an interesting plot. It’s not only a story about friendship, there’s a love story too! Highly recommended!
Pictures are amazing
I bought the book for my 10-year old daughter. She read it twice. The pictures are amazing, drawn in pencil or crayon. Will definitely buy paperback as a present for my girl when it is released. She said she was looking forward to the continuation of the story.
Good book for kids
It’s a good story for kids, with an interesting plot and lively characters. It entertains and encourages you to be brave. Lisa, the girl at the centre of the story, seems to be at the very beginning of a bigger adventure because the book ends with her and her friend fairy Stella entering a portal to another magic world, and now I want to know more. Hope another book about this brave girl is coming soon.
After Candyland, we will travel to Fairyland, spend some time in the Enchanted Forest, help the islanders in the Sea of Oblivion and fly to Faraway Lands to learn the biggest secret of Lisa.
